Credit Recovery Testing Policy:
The credit recovery test is available to students whose cohort graduation year has passed, or near the
end of their graduation year. Students are eligible for the Credit Recovery Test based on the following
criteria:
• Student’s original graduating class cohort has passed or are enrolled in the last trimester
of their graduation cohort year.
• Students must be passing all current courses.
• Students must have 85% or better attendance in the current trimester.
How to utilize the Credit Recovery Testing Program:

  1. Meet with your counselor to discuss if the test will help maintain being on track for the
    current graduation year.
  2. Sign up for a testing date with your counselor.
  3. Pay non-refundable $30 for the test. Amount covers up to four (4) tests but is not prorated for
    fewer testing sections.
  4. Take the test on the assigned date.
  5. Pass the section(s) of the test needed with a 72% or better. (Students may retake the test once
    at no additional cost.)
  6. Students who do not pass the test upon the second attempt will have to retake the courses in a
    traditional manner.
